My name is Reece Needham, and I started RDN Counselling Ltd on 1st
May 2025. Created with a purpose to provide support to people struggling
with their mental health.
Working by
telephone or video call, RDN Counselling aims to provide a comfortable,
supportive environment, ensuring privacy and confidentiality for
clients.
Having specialised in bereavement for
5 years, I have witnessed people suffering from anxiety, depression and
stress, among other issues underpinning or developed by the grief.
We
all experience levels of anxiety, depression and stress; they are
natural human reactions. It's how we manage them that determines whether
we require help or not.
