Scope of Services

We propose to offer the following psychological services:

Individual Therapy

Includes telephone, video call and face to face sessions. Either weekly or bi weekly. Tailored to each client’s specifics needs, using a combination of Psychodynamic, Behavioural and Humanistic talking therapy approaches.
