Implementation Plan

Step 1:

Free 30 minute introductory telephone consultation to discuss what may be brought to sessions.

Step 2:

Counsellor/client contract to be read, understood and signed by client. Any questions can be discussed either by telephone or by email.

Step 3:

Weekly or BiWeekly sessions as per client requirements. Progress will be reviewed via discussion and/or by short questionnaire to gauge intensity levels of emotions and feelings.

Step 4:

Have goals been reached? and is there a visible end to the professional relationship between Counsellor and client. If so, we prepare for this and focus on what has been learned from sessions so further development can be self-managed.

Pricing

Service Rates (per session unless stated otherwise):

£45 Per Hour or 6 Sessions for £250

£50 per face to face session or 6 sessions for £300

Individual Therapy

Payment to be made 48 hours (2 days) prior to a single session, or first session of a block. If payment is not received, the session may not go ahead..

Proof of unemployment needed to gain a 25% discount on individual sessions. Currently this stands at £33.75 per session or £37.50 per face to face session
